Naz has been an amazing instructor from start to finish. I booked a 1-hour lesson right before my driving test, along with using his car for the test, and it was absolutely worth it. That final lesson helped me build confidence and focus on the key things the VicRoads examiner was looking for. Naz gave me clear, practical tips, corrected my mistakes, and made sure I was fully prepared before the test. He's patient, professional, and knows exactly how to help learners succeed. I highly recommend Naz and Package Driving School to anyone preparing for their driving test. Thank you for all your help!Posted on Google![]()

Uncle Rabby was my trainer and I can’t recommend him enough. I showed up to my first class with ZERO driving experience, and after only 8 sessions, today I passed my driving test first go easily. I showed up a very nervous driver, and reflecting on my growth as a new driver, I cant be more grateful for Rabby. Thank you Uncle🩷Posted on Google![]()

Very nice and patient instructor.
Booking a random driving lesson package for something this specific tends to waste half your budget on things you already know. Here’s the actual case for using us.
We offer a wide range of driving lessons in Hoppers Crossing to suit every type of learner. All lessons are structured to build your confidence, teach safe driving habits, and prepare you for real-world driving conditions.
You build basic control first. Then we move on to busier roads when you feel ready. There is no pressure to rush.
You practise the actual turns, roundabouts, school zones, and intersections the examiner will take you through.
Your instructor runs through a mock test and gives you feedback on every area VicRoads examiners check.
Automatic lessons are popular with learners who want to focus on the road without worrying about gears.
Logged night hours completed on roads you already know from daytime sessions.
Guidance through the process of switching an overseas licence to a Victorian one, including local road rule differences.
Structured lessons for first-time learners working toward their VicRoads test, taught on the roads they'll actually be tested on.
Our intensive program packs your training into longer back-to-back sessions over a short time.
Whether you are returning to driving after a health event, updating your skills, or completing an OT and medical driver assessment, our senior driving program is designed with your specific needs in mind. Our instructors are respectful, professional, and understand the unique requirements of older drivers.
Moving from your learner permit to a P1 or P2 probationary licence is a big milestone. We offer targeted P plate driving lessons to help you nail the specific skills that VicRoads examiners look for, from smooth lane changes and merging on freeways to controlled 3-point turns and reverse parallel parking.
Passing your original VicRoads test in an automatic attaches an A condition to your licence, restricting you to automatic vehicles for the rest of your probationary period. Clearing it takes exactly one thing: a pass in a practical retest sat in a manual car. There’s no separate form or application to lodge beyond booking that test, and the full rule sits on the Transport Victoria probationary licence page.
There’s no fixed window either. Book the retest any time across your P1 or P2 period, whenever your instructor thinks you’re ready. A failed attempt doesn’t touch your existing licence at all. It stays valid and automatic-only, and the only cost is the test fee and rebooking.
Retests for this area run through the Hoppers Crossing VicRoads Customer Service Centre on Old Geelong Road, or the Werribee Licence Testing Centre on Watton Street. Whichever one you’re booked at, the car you turn up in needs to meet VicRoads’ manual test vehicle conditions.
The retest follows the standard VicRoads practical test fee, currently $75.30 in total once the appointment fee is added. Lessons are billed separately and depend on how many sessions you actually need.
No. It’s the same practical test format, just sat in a manual car. Your existing road knowledge and hazard awareness aren’t reassessed from scratch, the retest is only checking whether you can drive manual to the required standard.
Nothing changes. Your current automatic-only licence stays exactly as it is, and you can book another attempt whenever you’re ready, though the test fee applies again each time.
No. As long as your car meets VicRoads’ test vehicle conditions you’re fine to use it, but if you don’t have access to one we can arrange a compliant hire car for the day.
No. The A condition drops off automatically once your probationary period ends and you move to a full licence. Converting early just means you’re not waiting for that to happen.
Most P-plate drivers need somewhere between two and four sessions. Your instructor gives you an honest number after the first one, based on how your clutch control actually looks.
One of our seasoned instructors, Nazrul Islam, boasts over 25 years of driving instruction experience.
Having earned a Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport – Car Driving Instruction), Nazrul is fully accredited and licensed under TLI41221. With a deep commitment to safety and excellence, Nazrul ensures every learner receives the guidance they need to succeed.
